As the Support Officer in the Corporate Planning Performance Evaluation Team, you will provide essential administration and other support and upkeep to facilitate the assessment and reporting of the value and impact of Generation STEM, a major CSIRO Education Program. More specifically you will Provide strong organisational skills and scheduling assistance. Prepare submissions and update materials, particularly in relation to ethics applications and jurisdictional research approvals. Assist with the preparation of reports andor responding to information requests. Collaborate with others in the planning and implementation of surveys, including setting up and testing surveys on applicable platforms. Maintain accurate records, safeguarding the confidentiality of information. Strong communication and organisation skills with the ability to work with minimal direction, and show initiative and adaptability when managing competing demands. Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel in particular) and the ability to prepare summaries including tables, graphs and charts.
